Your order will normally be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after we have received your payment. You will receive a track & trace code for your order.

Return policy

Order can be returned within two weeks after receiving the order, please notify us if you wish to make any returns. Your return has to arrive in our warehouse latest within two weeks after your return has been approved.

All items must be in the condition as you received them. This means unused, unwashed, with the labels attached and intact.

Please note that discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Please send the package back insured with track & trace. Make sure you have a ‘proof of shipping’. The cost for sending the package back is on behalf of the customer.

Alternatively you can also bring your items back to our physical store.

The reimbursement will be processed to the payment method you used when making the order.
